Your right to cancel an Order only applies to Goods that are returned in the same condition as You received them. You should also include all of the products instructions, documents and wrappings. Goods that are damaged or not in the same condition as You received them or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the purchased Goods while they are in Your possession.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
You will not have any right to cancel an Order for the supply of any of the following Goods:

The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order. On this website it is possible to pay with MobilePay, Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) and by invoice via Walley. All Goods purchased via payment cards are subject to a one-time payment.
1- MobilePay & Payment cards
The money is deducted from your payment card directly at the moment of transaction or may take up to 2 days after your order is sent from us. Paying with a debit card is safe, all card information is sent encrypted and the payment method is tested. Our external supplier meets the requirements for PCI DSS and holds an SSL certificate.
We use the security solution 3D-secure for card payments. All payment cards may be subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.- See details below.
2- Invoice and Instalment Payment
When you choose to pay by invoice via Walley, you can get up to 20 days of credit. In order to be able to use invoicing, you must enter your social security number, so that we can make a simple credit report in a few seconds.
The invoice is sent out by Walley via e-mail in connection with the dispatch of your order, and you pay them directly. Please check your e-mail an extra time to make sure it is correct. If you have not received the invoice within two working days of your order, you should contact Walley immediately.

If payment is not made, a reminder fee is added, as well as late payment interest of 24.00%. Personal data is handled in accordance with current legislation.

3- Invoice – corporate customer
If you want to order for your company against an invoice, your order must be handled manually with us. Send us an email with full delivery and invoice address (or preferably invoice email), Organization number, contact person’s name, phone number and email address, as well as which product applies and quantity.
All prices on Nour-House.fi include 25% VAT and are stated in EURO.
All orders are processed within the Same Business day -before shipping deadlines- and up to Two (2) business days. However, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.

You have the option of choosing delivery to your private address, a company address or to shop near you.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
In accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act, our customers have a 3-year right to complain.
You send the incorrect item to NOUR HOUSE AB, Adlerfältsväg 4F, 213 65 Malmö, Skåne, Sweden.
We reimburse you for the costs incurred in connection with the incorrect item being sent to us (e.g. petrol costs, parking costs, telephone costs and the like). Refunds are made within 10-14 days from when we receive information from you where the money should be deposited.
Complaints must be made as soon as the fault is discovered or should have been discovered. 2 months is considered a reasonable time to detect damage/defects to the products.
In the event of a dispute, we recommend that you contact the General Complaints Board, www.arn.se or Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. We always follow their advice. You can also use the online complaint platform available on the European Commission website: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=SV.

By law, there is a 14-day right of withdrawal on all distance purchases. We offer a 30-day right of withdrawal.
You must cancel your purchase within 90 days from the day you received your item. Please note that you need to have sent the item back within 14 days of notifying us
We offer a 30-day return policy as well. You have the option of a refund for the item. However, Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
Return postage is to be covered by the buyer and proof of return postage must be obtained.
In case the buyer want us to send out a return shipping slip a cost of 7 EURO will be charged/deducted from refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Transit time back to the warehouse may take 7 -10 business days.
Due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to receive items with damaged packaging or those that are not in a completely new condition. Please note that our products are not eligible for returns if they have been used or tested, and the right of withdrawal will not be applicable in such cases where the product’s packaging has been opened and used. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in original packaging.
The refund will normally be made after receiving and approving your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
If you have paid by credit card, we will refund the amount to your card. If you have transferred money instead, we ask you to send details of your bank, clearing number (4 digits) and your account number (up to 10 digits), and you will receive the amount in your account. The money is refunded within 14 banking days from when we have received the return, or proof that the return has been sent to us (receipt/photo from the place of delivery).
We are not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as result of payment being processed in respect of your order.
If you email us up to One (1) hour before the shipping deadline to info@nour-house.fi, there is a chance we can cancel/change address in time!
Only then, we are able to accept cancellation and a full refund is due directly.
If you do not pick up your package at the delivery point, it will be returned to us. The same applies if you have entered the wrong address.
Deliveries to shop/service point/pickup point remain for 5-10 days (check with your local service point).
Orders sent as parcels or registered mail must be picked up at the pick-up point designated by the shipping provider.
If the shipment is not picked up, and it is sent back to us, an administration fee of 7 EURO will be charged from the customer.
If you have made a mistake, or if something is missing in the delivery address and you discover this after the order has been sent, your order will probably not be delivered, but will be returned to us.
An additional fee of 7 EURO is added for shipments that are to be sent again after we have received it in return due to wrong/missing information in the delivery address.
A 7 EURO is also deducted from the payment/refund for returned shipment that was not picked up.
Should your order value be lower than the costs incurred, no refund will be made at all.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.
The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
